Welcome to Illinois Prairie’s Website.

Illinois Prairie is a chapter of Delta Waterfowl created in October, 2004.  Illinois Prairie was chartered by a group of men who believed they could not only help Delta Waterfowl preserve waterfowl and waterfowl hunting on the national landscape, but also in Central Illinois.  To become a member of Delta Waterfowl or renew your membership, please click here.

Illinois Prairie set out to do the following three actions very well:

• Involve local youth in waterfowl conservation and water fowling
• Create and execute conservation opportunities throughout Central Illinois
• Support Delta Waterfowl on the national landscape

Illinois Prairie’s committee is dedicated to preserving waterfowl and its rich hunting heritage in Central Illinois.  There are currently 11 committee members serving Illinois Prairie, zero of which push their own agenda with all of the money raised is for use in Central Illinois or for Delta Waterfowl.
